Casa Andrea 12 is a smart two-storey stone villa rising out of the heart of an organic farming estate, with a charming two-bedroom cottage next to the property, perfect for families or friends seeking extra space and privacy. Here, you can while away the days exploring the cliff-top city of Orvieto, home to a 13th-century cathedral and the National Archaeological Museum, or strike out into the Umbrian countryside on the 4 complimentary mountain bikes that are provided for guests. After a day’s exploring, you can relax in the peaceful gardens and pull up a lounger by the private pool to catch the sun’s last rays, or enjoy the views of the gently sloping fields at sunset from the sofa on the main terrace.

The inside seamlessly combines modern amenities with charming original features, such as the lounge’s exposed stone wall. Preparing communal dinners will be a delight, thanks to the abundance of homegrown farm produce and ample space for convivial evenings. When it’s time to retire, you can choose from six beautifully furnished bedrooms, each offering a haven of comfort for a well-deserved rest.

This villa is situated on a working organic farm estate, giving an authentic taste of the Umbrian countryside. Not only is this a stylish  property and a tranquil retreat, but it offers a farm-to-fork experience to our guests, who are able to purchase produce such as milk, eggs, cheese and meat for their meals.The owners also offer a complimentary guided tour and cheese tasting at a nearby organic farmhouse, renowned for its delicious goat’s cheese. The estate is protected from hunting, so is a sanctuary for lots of wildlife.

The owner has installed an electric car recharger with solar panels. This means that it is possible to recharge an electric car for free between 8:30am – 6:30pm.
